Election Schedule:

12–14 October 2026: Nomination of candidates for the electoral constituencies of A.S. FEM and A.S. CZU (academic staff and enrolled FEM students).

19–30 October 2026: Meetings of Electoral Commission members with nominated candidates.

2 November 2026: Publication of the list of candidates.

6 November 2026: Last day of election campaigning (all forms).

10–11 November 2026: Elections (FEM meeting room E155, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm).

12 November 2026: Publication of election results.
Candidate Nominations:
Nominations can be submitted in person in meeting room E155 in the presence of Electoral Commission members during the following times:

Monday, 12 October 2026: 10:00 am – 12:00 noon

Tuesday, 13 October 2026: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Wednesday, 14 October 2026: 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
