In June 2026, partners of the Erasmus+ ROSE project met in Łódź, Poland, for a Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA), hosted by the Lodz Chamber of Commerce.
The training focused on workplace well-being and practical ways to support personal development. Throughout the week, participants tried out different interactive activities, including employee energy audits, mapping personal values, creating AI-powered avatars and identifying workplace “monsters” – negative behaviours that can affect team relationships and psychological safety.
The meeting was a great opportunity to test new training methods, share experiences and discuss how to make workplaces healthier and more supportive.
The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, represented by the Faculty of Economics and Management, is one of six international partners involved in the ROSE project, which aims to develop practical educational materials supporting employee well-being and self-development.
