Our faculty is part of a new Erasmus+ project! The ROSE Project (Role Play for Self-Development at Work) focuses on enhancing employees’ well-being by addressing workplace challenges such as stress, burnout, depression, and climate anxiety.
Running from May 2025 to April 2027, the project brings together six partners from Hungary, Czechia, Latvia, Greece, Portugal, and Poland to develop a comprehensive educational package. This package will include:
- A Handbook on Self-Development at Work
- A Handbook on Storytelling
- A Role Play Game
These resources aim to support internal mentors, trainers, HR managers, and employees, fostering a healthier and more resilient workforce. The materials will be freely available in seven languages, ensuring accessibility across Europe.
