Upon your arrival at the host university, have the ”Arrival date” section of the ”Confirmation of stay” document completed and signed, and have the document sent directly to pefoutgoing@pef.czu.cz by the coordinator at the partner university. This confirms your presence on the study mobility and the fulfilment of the contractual conditions of the Non-European Mobility.
In case of subject changes at the partner university, complete the "Annex to the Binding Declaration", preferably within the first 14 days of the semester at the foreign university, and insert it into the checklist in the UIS.
Note: The subjects in the Binding Declaration or its Annex must correspond to the actual subjects studied at the partner university.
If you have enjoyed your studies at the partner university and want to study there for another semester, it is possible to extend your mobility after consulting the FEM IRO coordinator. However, the extension is no longer subject to financial support.
