The International Cooperative Cross-Border Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme in International Economic Relations and Management is a unique doctoral cross-border programme created in cooperation with Central and Eastern European Universities. The programme is comparable to the best doctoral cross-border programmes within the EU in terms of structure and organisation. The first year takes place at the University of Applied Sciences in Eisenstadt, Austria; the second and third years at partner universities.
OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPATING UNIVERSITIES (§ 27 HS-QSG)
- General
This doctoral programme is a regular study programme of the partner universities (at present: University of Sopron, University of Economics in Bratislava, University Juraj Dobrila Pula, University North, Varaždin, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, and University of Mostar). With regard to the execution of parts of the programme in Austria, a valid notification to the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria (AQ Austria) is acknowledged /declared and is available for subsequent verification. This does not mean any decision on the equivalency with Austrian study programmes or academic degrees. In case of withdrawal of the notification by AQ Austria, the programme must not be further offered in Austria. Should a doctoral programme be discontinued, the educational institution will ensure that the doctoral candidate is given the opportunity to complete her/his studies within the stipulated duration of study at one of the partner educational institutions.
