Workshop: 3D imaging data for monitoring the effects environmental factors on crops

The workshop will focus on introducing available pre-processing algorithms for data gathered by crop growth platforms. Thanks to these algorithms, the collected point cloud data can be separated from other objects, soil and noise. At the workshop, the advantages and disadvantages of algorithms will discussed and the results of testing algorithms on sample data will presented. During the presentation, participants will learn about the following topics: 3D cloud data structure, data segmentation process and some popular algorithms for data segmentation.
