Lecturers from partner universities in Florida and California visited FEM to give lectures within the english study programmes on the Faculty of Economics and Management.
From the 17th till the 21st of October, Dr. Herbert Ricardo from Indian River State College in Florida taught a block of lecturers within the course International Trade for the study programme Business Administration. 30 regular and 100 Erasmus students attended Mr. Ricardo’s lectures.
Prof. Akshay Pottathil from San Diego State University in California led two blocks of lectures for the FEM students. From the 17th till the 21st of October he taught System Integration course for the students of Informatics study programme and during the following week (24/10 - 28/10) he taught Business Information Systems course for the students of Masters study programme Business Administration. The best students were awarded with a prestigious workshop certificate from the Centre for Information Convergence and Strategy at San Diego State University.
