If your internal evaluation was already completed in previous years or for a different study programme at the Faculty of Economics and Management (PEF), you must apply for a new internal evaluation for each new admission cycle and each specific programme you apply to. All applicants must comply with the current rules and requirements. The processing time is not different to a first- time applicants.
If your academic documents are already archived at the faculty, there is a simplified procedure, but the process is not automatic. You must still submit a new application to the office (via e-mail) and meet the current requirements.
You may be waived from sending new physical documents, depending on your case.
- You must be accepted to a study programme for the upcoming academic year.
- You must be nominated by your programme coordinator.
- You must receive an information email from the Internal Evaluation Office (Foreign Diploma Office).
- Always review the current rules and requirements and be prepared to submit additional or updated documents if requested.
Once you receive the email, follow the instructions according to your situation below.
1) Evaluation previously approved at the Faculty of Economics and Management
If your internal evaluation was approved in previous years, you must:
- Be accepted in the UIS for the new academic year

- Wait for the information e-mail from Foreign Diploma Office and reply to it with:
New application form (filled on computer)
Copy of passport
Proof of payment (evaluation fee must be paid again for the new academic year)
Information about your previous application (programme name and year of approval)
Signature in the email (many applicants forget this)
Next steps:
- The office will locate your archived documents and verify their validity.
- If everything is correct, the documents will be sent for evaluation as before.
- Processing time is the same as for new applicants — no priority or fast-track applies.
- If new requirements apply, you will be asked to submit missing or updated documents.
- Please note that approval is not guaranteed. Evaluation criteria may change yearly according to Ministry of Education regulations.
2) Evaluation previously not approved / incomplete application
If your previous evaluation was not approved or incomplete, and your documents remain at the faculty, you must:

New application form (filled on computer)
Copy of passport
Proof of payment (evaluation fee must be paid again for the new academic year)
Information about your previous application (programme, year, and reason for rejection if known)
Signature in the email (many applicants forget this)
Next steps:
- The office will locate your previous file, review your documents, and contact you with guidance on how to correct or complete the file.
