Those who have already sent any kind of request via email, please, disregard this message.
Enrollment will take place until September 13, 2024 contactless and according to the following instructions:
1. If all conditions for the end of studies in February have been met (the work has been submitted and all study obligations are fulfilled), the student will be enrolled in the end of studies (does not submit any application) and will follow further instructions for the state exams in February 2025. Student can apply to interruption of studies. Those who do not pay the tuition fee and interrupt the study will not get a confirmation of study. Those who have met the conditions, please, provide the proof of payment as attachment.
2. The conditions for the end of the studies have not been met by September 6, 2024 (missing submission of work or up to 10 credits), student will send a notification via the UIS contact centre about the Transfer of unfulfilled study obligations (subjects, credit for work) and postponement of state exams for the February term. Subjects will be listed in the application including codes. Student will also follow further instructions for the state exams in February 2024. In this case, the work must be submitted by 30/11/2024. After sending the application, it is no longer possible to hold any make-up exams or credits.
3. If the conditions for the end of the studies have not been met by September 6, 2024 (more than 10 credits missing), send a Request to repeat the year through the UIS contact centre. All data will be filled in the application. When repeating the year, the student does not take the state exams until May or June 2025. In this case, the work must be submitted in March 2025. He will also follow the additional instructions for the state exams in May and June 2025. After sending the application, it is no longer possible to hold any make-up exams or credits. You can only repeat a grade once per course.
Enrolled students can pick up their study confirmation from 12/09/2024 at the FEM Infocentre or from the relevant study coordinator.
