Unique laboratories at FEM

HUMAN BEHAVIOR RESEARCH UNIT (HUBRU)

HUBRU is a specialized department of the faculty, which consists of two laboratories – Collaborative laboratory of usability and a Station of virtual reality. Part of the laboratory is also a mobile set for measuring biometric data - eye tracking and biofeedback.

  

 
LABORATORY OF NETWORKS AND INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES (LSIT) E 223

Specialized computer laboratory for practical classes and individual work focusing on network and Internet technologies. It is mainly used in standard education (subjects Computer networks, Internet technologies, Webdesign, markup languages, E-commerce and business, etc.) and further in specialized courses CISCO CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - CISCO CCNA R&S 1 to CISCO CCNA R&S 4The laboratory is also certified within the accredited centres CZ 033 for ECDL Core and for ECDL Advanced.

 
LABORATORY OF AUDIOVISUAL, GRAPHIC AND MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES (LAVGMT) E 235

The laboratory is focused on computer graphics, audiovisual data processing and development of mobile applications.

 
SPECIAL EDUCATION WITH THE APPLE COMPUTERS E 341

This laboratory is intended primarily for teaching computer graphics and postproduction of audio-visual materials.
