The ROSE project focuses on supporting young employees and companies through innovative educational tools that develop personal resilience, well-being and skills to cope with challenging work situations. The project combines modern methods – mentoring, storytelling and role-playing – so that companies can better support Generation Z and Y in the work environment.
Three main outputs will be created within the project:
- A handbook for self-development at work, focused on stress, burnout, time management, depression and climate anxiety.
- A handbook on storytelling that teaches how to use storytelling as a tool for communication and employee support.
- A role-playing game that allows employees to safely train in coping with work situations and strengthen resilience in a playful way.
The consortium is made up of partners from six EU countries who work together to create practical and accessible educational materials that promote a healthy, sustainable and motivating working environment.
