Anyone who is accepted (already passed the admission exam with a positive result) to any of the regular programmes at the Faculty of Economics and Management at CZU and gained previous education from abroad can apply for the Internal evaluation. Generally, if the applicant can pursue further education in the country of origin (by completing the required level of education), he/she should be eligible to apply for the internal evaluation.
The Internal evaluation is initiated through this Internal evaluation submission office. The office serves only for documents submission, not for the internal evaluation itself.
Our office only accepts applications for Faculty of Economics and Management! If you apply for more programmes at other faculties – you must submit them the documents as well (communicate with the relevant office, contacts are at the end of here.
!!!The requirements and procedures of the Internal evaluation keep changing every year. It is compulsory to keep checking the webpage for any updates.!!!
Considering the above, please NOTE:
If you had Internal evaluation approved in the previous years (either at CZU or a different university) it does not mean you will be automatically granted Internal evaluation for the new admission. The requirements are updated every year as new rules might apply. The process must be done from the first step again with no exception and with the SAME processing time (that means, the Internal evaluation might not be granted faster).
With an education achieved abroad, Internal evaluation is one of the requirements of the admission procedure, without being accepted (without having the admission exam passed) to one of the regular study programme of the Faculty of Economics and Management (PEF) at CZU, you cannot apply for the internal evaluation.
The Internal evaluation requirement can be waived if the applicant presents a document proving general recognition of the equivalence or validity of a foreign document (so called NOSTRIFICATION).
The internal evaluation is not the same process as nostrification. The Internal evaluation submission office is not in charge of the nostrification process and cannot provide any information about its requirements.
- We highly recommend doing nostrification instead as it is valid for lifetime and the process does not depend on the result of the admission exam. For nostrification visit: MHMP (Bachelor applicants) or MŠMT (Master and PhD applicants).
The process of the Internal evaluation is for the internal purposes of our university only. Meaning, if you choose internal evaluation, you can use it only to become a student of our faculty. It is valid only for a current year, per one admission.
All communication regarding Internal Evaluation is mediated by our office. Please note that we are submission office as we only collect the documents from the applicants and forward them to for the evaluation.
In case of a negative assessment the applicant will be requested to submit additional documents or will be required to proceed with the nostrification.
If you apply for Internal Evaluation for more programmes, you need to pay the fee for each programme separately. If you apply for programmes at PEF, only one copy of the documents is enough.
Deadline: Please consider that the Internal Evaluation process takes a lot of time (see section "frequently asked questions". It is applicant´s responsibility consider the processing time and to have it done by the day of registration into studies (the dates for registrations are announced by study department).
Few reminders to consider:
- WE CANNOT MAKE THE PROCESS FASTER, THE EVALUATIONS ARE PROCEED ONE BY ONE FROM THE OLDEST TO THE NEWEST AND NOBODY CAN HAVE ANY PRIORITY.
- You are strongly advised to follow all the instructions to avoid any delays or additional delivery cost.
- You can be registered to study only after you have you Internal Evaluation approved, NOT ONLY after you submit the documents to us.
